Focus training: Increase your attention span
Our average attention span is 8 seconds. This is not long especially when we want to focus on something that is important for us. Usually, we tend to force ourselves to concentrate on something. But especially when we are pressuring ourselves, our concentration is easily catched by all the different stimuli outside.
This guided meditation helps to increase our attention span. It helps to take a break, listen to the meditation and re-boost our focus ability again.
