MONDAY MORNING GROWTH
A session takes place every Monday morning. In 30 minutes, the team receives nudges of neuroscientific insights and tools around stress reduction, empathic communication and self-leadership.
Every session includes tools for direct application as an individual or as a team. The tools are chosen to fit in every schedule and can be applied in a daily habit afterwards.
Consistent group-wide development
Over a three months period, people create a habit for reflection and team mentoring that helps to consistently grow and cope with external pressure or stress.

TEAM EXCHANGE AND MENTORING
Group sessions help individuals to reflect together. The teams learn how to mirror a situation, give feedback and mentor their peers to grow together.
